Lucky Pie Pizza & Taphouse was founded by Brendan McManus in 2012. We believe in quality above all else. Our Chefs make our dough fresh every day from organic Colorado flour. It’s hand stretched, topped with locally sourced ingredients and cooked in a hand-built brick oven. We make everything in house, including our mozzarella. We have a respect and dedication to local farmers and ranchers, which is why our menu changes with the grow season. We also happen to be serious beer nerds. With over 60 taps between our three locations, we have an incredible selection of craft beer curated by people that know their shit. Pizza. Beer. Love.


Fresh, organic, local products of quality.

We source the best local and domestic producers we can find. During the summer, our produce comes almost exclusively from Red Wagon & Speedwell Farm in Longmont, CO, Oxford Gardens in Boulder, CO, Hazel Dell mushrooms, as well as our own organic garden. We source our chicken & eggs from Wisdom’s Natural Poultry in Haxtun, bacon from River Bear Meats, and 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised beef, lamb and pork from Buckner Family Farm.
